Holistic experiential learning is at the very heart of CAS programmes at international schools. With guidance from their mentors, students choose extracurricular activities involving intellectual, physical, creative and emotional experiences which help them to understand their own strengths and limitations, undertake new challenges and discover their own capacity to make a difference by dedicating time and energy to local and international community projects.
